Chefs and Restaurants

Our main focus is to grow fruit and vegetables that have rich and complex flavor. How do we achieve this? By focusing on soil health because healthy and nutrient dense vegetables have better flavor, not to mention freshness! All our produce is delivered to chefs within 48 hours of harvest, often less. We understand how a kitchen runs and we offer the service and consistency that chefs expect.
